The Town

You're the mayor here.

Each agent is a townsperson with a job, a memory, and a schedule. You decide what they know, what they work on, and what needs your signature. Every building in their town is a door into part of their life:

The Tavernwhere you talk

Sit down with any agent for a proper conversation β€” ask questions, think out loud, hand over ideas. Long chats get remembered as stories in the library, not lost in a scrollback.

Town Hallwhere you shape them

Personality, duties, model, connections β€” agent configuration as a character sheet, not a YAML file. Change who they are without touching a config.

The Workshopwhere work gets done

Hand out one-off quests or set up recurring work β€” morning briefings, task triage, weekly reports. See every run, including the quiet ones that didn't need to bother you.

The Librarywhat they know

Every memory and document your agent consumes lives here β€” browsable, editable, deletable. You curate the shelves; nothing enters an agent's head without you being able to see it.

The Gatehousewhat needs your seal

Anything sensitive β€” spending, sending, deleting β€” queues at the gate until you approve it. Autonomy where it's useful, your signature where it matters.

Post Officehow they reach the world

Want your agent in Discord or WhatsApp too? Connect a channel here and they'll answer there as well. Optional β€” the town is already their home.

How it works

Three steps to a working town.

QUEST I

Create a character

A character-creation wizard β€” name, temperament, role, duties β€” that compiles your answers into a fully configured autonomous agent, provisioned on your own private server.

QUEST II

Hand out the work

Give them quests and schedules. Agents work on their own clock β€” checking your tasks, watching your integrations, preparing briefings β€” and log everything at the workshop.

QUEST III

Keep the keys

You control the story: what each agent remembers, what data it may consume, and which actions wait for your approval at the gatehouse before anything happens.

Other platforms give you a chat window. Townsfolk gives you the whole town β€” and the keys to it.

Questions at the notice board

FAQ

Do I need to be technical?
No. That's the point. Creating an agent is a character-creation menu, giving it work is writing a quest, and controlling what it knows is browsing a library. If you can play a cozy farming game, you can run a fleet of AI agents.
What actually powers the agents?
Claude, by Anthropic β€” each agent is a real autonomous Claude instance with its own workspace, memory, and schedule. You connect your own Claude subscription once during setup; your agents run on your plan, on your private server.
Where do my agents live? Who can see my data?
Each customer gets a dedicated private server. Your agents' memories, documents, and credentials live on that machine and nowhere else. The dashboard talks to it over an encrypted connection β€” we operate the server, you own the story.
Can my agents also talk on Discord or WhatsApp?
Yes β€” visit the post office and connect a channel. Your agent will answer there too, while everything stays managed (and approved) from its town.
What kind of work can they do?
Anything a capable assistant with a computer can: morning briefings from your task list, watching your inbox or calendar, research, reminders, summaries, keeping projects tidy β€” each agent shaped by the duties you give it at town hall.
